2-Day Cricket Tournament
CISF DSP Commandant Shekhawat Singh and West inaugurated the 2-day colorful *Sher e Bengal Cup Cricket Tournament* organized at HFC Community Center Maidan by HFC Boys and Durgapur Pragati and in collaboration with Durgapur Division Voluntary Blood Donors Forum and Durgapur Division Sports and Cultural Club Coordinating Society. Deputy General Secretary of Bengal Voluntary Blood Donors Forum Kabi Ghosh. Physician and Councilor Dr. Pichar Nandi, Asia Cup power lifting gold medalist Seema Dutta Chatterjee, President of Durgapur Division Sports and Cultural Club Coordination Association lawyer Ayub Ansari, prominent philanthropists Sangram Mukherjee and Mritunjay were present. Blood Donation Camp
63 people donated blood in the grand blood donation camp organized at Durgapur DAV Model School. Mainly teachers, education workers and some parents donated blood in the camp. The camp was inaugurated by Mayor Anindita Mukherjee and School Principal Papiya Mukherjee. Kalyani Naik - Principal Kanyapur, eminent doctors Dr. Runu Mukherjee and Dr. Indrajit Majhi, Joint Editor of Durgapur Division Voluntary Blood Donors Forum Swastika Banerjee, poet Partha Pratim Kundu and other dignitaries were present. . Durgapur Divisional Hospital Blood Center collected the blood. Voluntary friends of Durgapur Division Voluntary Blood Donors Forum helped in running the camp.
