Big event to mark first anniversary of Artist Forum in Durgapur

The Forum, called Sixth Dimension, has been formed in Durgapur to present the artistic ideas of artists to the public. Durgapur is an industrial city, there is a touch of color on the canvas in spite of the sound of factory hammers.

This organization has come forward to express their ideas. This organization consists of drawing artists in Durgapur.  The platform is going to celebrate its first anniversary on National Teachers Day on September 5.

Art workshops will be held throughout the day, the event is being organized at Srijani Cultural Centre, Durgapur. There, artists will fill the canvas with cotton and some of the artists' paintings will be on display for the art lovers.

Food for artistes is quite expensive, the organization is appealing to people for some financial help. For that purpose, online help is also being applied through Paytm.300 rupees including food is kept for the artists who will participate.  Also Rs 200 has been charged for those who are art lovers.
