He appreciated the progress in all spheres of life in Kerala and pledged his full support to strengthen bilateral relations. The Cuban ambassador said that Kerala's alternative policy is responsible to the people of the state.
The possibility of investment in various sectors was also discussed. The Cuban ambassador invited the Kerala Chief Minister to visit Cuba.
