The third conference of All India Democratic Women's Committee, West Champaran district was held on 12 September at Com. Kusmi Devi Nagar Rickshaw Mazdoor Sabha Bhawan. Inaugurating the conference, National Vice President of All India Democratic Women's Committee, Com. Rampari said that today the country has gone into the hands of communal forces. On one hand they are sowing seeds of hatred to break our unity. On the other hand, women are being raped and brutally attacked.

Such oppressive, autocratic, fascist forces are sitting on the throne of the country today. We have to come forward to protect our smita, our rights, our constitution and work to save India.
People's Women's Committee is engaged in this work all over the country. Our national leader, Com Brinda Karat, stood in front and stopped the bulldozers being run on poor minorities in Delhi. We have to hit the streets. Today we have to face inflation, unemployment , hunger, condition of poverty. Because the country's fascist government whose only job is to spread riots in the country in the name of Hindus and Muslims. The country has to be saved from him.
District Secretary Gayatri Devi presented the report of the last 3 years in the conference. On which Poonam Devi, Rukmina Devi, Asha Devi, Sona Devi, Nasra Khatoon, Marachho Devi, Sunita Devi, Sugni Devi enriched her by giving their important thoughts. The report was passed unanimously.

In the conference 5 delegates were elected to participate in the Gaya State Conference. In which Sona Devi, Sunita Devi, Gayatri Devi, Gudiya Devi, Rukmina Devi, Asha Devi were elected.

I am inviting you to participate in the grand rally to be held at Patna Gandhi Maidan on September 22, against the communal policies of the autocratic Modi government of the Center and the promise of employment and 5 decimals of land by the Bihar government and to protect women.
