CITU Stands Next To Migrant Workers In Bangalore During Heavy Rains

When the only goal is safe shelter in heavy rains, some people are sacrificing their lives to fix that house. Such is the scenario of migrant workers near Bangalore. CITU stands by their side when life is disrupted due to heavy rains. The struggle to stand by them started sometime during the lockdown CITU workers came with food.

From that day it was like being by the side of a class friend. Since then, a lot of time has passed, they too have adopted CITU. They have become part of the organization. When the BJP government came to Bangalore to eviction slums with the help of promoters, they stood by the migrant workers. CITU creates resistance.

CITU stands by the workers even on rainy days. Some workers working in IT sector have come down with the flag of CITU. They are still fighting the unequal battle with CITU.
