It has been announced that Pronoy Ray has resigned from the post of CEO of NDTV Duniya. Pronoy Ray stepped down from the post due to health issues. Pronoy Ray has been the CEO of NDTV Duniya for a year and has decided to resign from the position. 

 Ray said in a statement, "It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to resign from NDTV. I am deeply grateful to NDTV and all its staff who have been my friends, colleagues and family for the past 18 years. It is an honour to have been associated with a channel that has played such an important role in Indian journalism and for the country. "I have always believed that the best way to serve a cause or a company is to leave it better than you found it. I am proud of the work NDTV has done and the team that has been assembled to carry on its legacy. I will always be a fan."

Pronoy Ray, president of NDTV, has resigned from the company after the company's board of directors decided to stop funding the channel's news operations. .

1. Appointment of Mr. Sudipta Bhattacharya , Mr. Sanjay Pugalia, and Mr. Senthil Sinniah Chengalvarayan, as Directors on the Board of RRPRH, with immediate effect; and 2. Resignation of Dr. Prannoy Roy and Mrs. Radhika Roy as Directors on the Board of RRPRH, with effect from the close of business hours of November 29, 2022."
