The Government of Punjab is going to take its disagreement with the Governor of Punjab all the way to the Supreme Court.
In response to Governor Banwarilal Purohit's refusal to grant permission to convene the state's budget session, the government of Punjab is considering filing a petition with the Supreme Court.
The government that was led by Bhagwant Mann had suggested that the Session be conducted between March 3 and March 24. But, Governor Purohit has stated that he will not grant permission until he has sought legal counsel over the tweets and letter that have been made against him.
