A helicopter belonging to the Indian Navy, which was on a routine mission off the Mumbai coast, has crashed as a result of a technical malfunction. Fortunately, the three crew members on board were rescued by naval patrol vessels following an extensive search and rescue operation.
Reports indicate that an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the incident and why the crew was compelled to ditch the helicopter into the sea.
