Intense heat is returning to South Bengal again. Due to the rains, the heat has decreased in South Bengal for the past few days. Now it is no longer permanent. Mercury will rise in South Bengal from today. The temperature can reach 40 degrees Celsius. The Alipore Meteorological Office said that the daytime temperature will increase in South Bengal in the next 4 to 5 days, there is a possibility of temperature increase of three to four degrees. Overcast skies and occasional rain have reduced the day temperature considerably over the past few days. Heavy rainfall is unlikely for the next 4 to 5 days. There is a possibility of very light rain in two places on Thursday 27th in South Bengal.
Chances of rainfall in Kolkata or its surrounding areas are very low. If it rains it is very light. There is a possibility of partly cloudy skies in Kolkata for the next 4 to 5 days.
