The 31st edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) is poised to unfold from May 6-9 at Dubai’s esteemed World Trade Center, drawing participation from 2,300 exhibitors and an estimated 41,000 attendees.
Under the overarching theme of “Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship,” this year's ATM event will spotlight the burgeoning realms of eco-tourism and sustainability.
In anticipation of the event, officials from Dubai Economy and Tourism have articulated their vision for the showcase, emphasizing the role of Dubai’s dynamic tourism sector in fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. Such endeavors, they assert, are instrumental in charting new pathways for growth, transcending traditional tourism paradigms.
Emphasizing Dubai’s standing as a global hub for both business and leisure, officials underscored the city’s unwavering commitment to excellence across various domains, positioning it as a premier destination for living, working, and visiting.
The forthcoming ATM event arrives amidst notable milestones for Dubai's tourism landscape. The city's remarkable ascent was punctuated by a record-breaking influx of 17.15 million international travelers in 2023—a substantial 19.4 percent increase from the previous year's figure of 14.35 million. Furthermore, Dubai's distinction as the top-ranked global destination for three consecutive years in Tripadvisor’s Traveler’s Choice Awards underscores its enduring appeal on the international stage.
