Vietnamese Delegation Visits CPIM Headquarters to Strengthen Party Ties
In a significant step towards fostering international solidarity, a high-level delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) visited the headquarters of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPIM) today. The 12-member delegation, led by Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, engaged in fruitful discussions with CPIM General Secretary M.A. Baby and the party's International Department, headed by Polit Bureau member Arun Kumar.
The Vietnamese delegation included three members of their Central Committee, along with other senior party officials, highlighting the importance of this visit in strengthening ties between the two historic parties. Representing the CPIM, Central Secretariat member Comrade Muralidharan and CPIM MP John Brittas were also present during the discussions.
The meeting served as a platform for exchanging ideas on shared challenges, exploring avenues for cooperation, and reaffirming the commitment to advancing socialist ideals in the contemporary global context. This visit underscores the enduring bond and mutual respect between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the CPIM, reflecting a shared vision for progressive change.
