Following a cowardly dawn crackdown by the state machinery—where climate activist Sonam Wangchuk was forcefully removed by plainclothes police after 21 days of fasting—SFI's top national leadership has stepped into the breach to ensure the fire of dissent is not extinguished.

As the ruling regime attempts to hollow out Jantar Mantar and silence the absolute rage surrounding the massive NEET-UG paper leaks, the SFI Central Executive Committee has issued a historic counter-mobilization.
Starting immediately, Comrade Adarsh M Saji (SFI All India President) and Comrade Aishe Ghosh (SFI All India Joint Secretary & Delhi State Secretary) will sit for an indefinite hunger strike at Kranti Corner, Jantar Mantar. This strike stands in unwavering solidarity with Sonam Wangchuk and spearheads the battle against the institutional collapse overseen by the Ministry of Education.

#DharmendraPradhanMustResign: The immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan for his gross incompetence and refusal to take responsibility for the compromised futures of India’s youth.
#ScrapNTA: The total disbanding of the corrupt, centralized National Testing Agency (NTA), which has proven entirely unfit to conduct fair public examinations.
#JusticeForStudents: Thorough accountability, institutional reforms, and an absolute halt to the corporatization of public education.
#ReleaseSonamWangchuk: The immediate and unconditional release of Sonam Wangchuk and all detained student-youth activists targeted during the state's heavy-handed police actions.
