On July 4, 2022 an AIKS Odisha state study class was held at Bhubaneswar, which was attended by 85 leading activists from 15 districts.
The topic was 'Agrarian Crisis : Challenges and Tasks before the Kisan Movement'. It was taken by AIKS president Dr Ashok Dhawale. AIKS state president Yameswar Samantaray presided, state general secretary Suresh Panigrahy gave the introduction and also translated the lecture. Veteran leader and state vice president Jagannath Mishra, state vice president Abhiram Behra were present, among other leaders.
In the afternoon session, the AIKS Odisha state council meeting began. Dr Ashok Dhawale reported the main decisions of the AIKS CKC, SKM and BAA as regards both movement and organisation. Suresh Panigrahy presented a report on the agrarian situation in the state and about the movement and organisation, and set out the future tasks. After a good discussion, the tasks were finalised.
