Bhogendra Yadav, former district secretary of CPI(M) Madhubani district, former state committee member, died untimely due to heart attack at around 12 o'clock in the night. Under his leadership, hundreds of land movements took place in many parts of Madhubani including Rahika.
He was also the head and president of the PACS for a long time. CPI(M) State Secretary Lalan Choudhary, Former State Secretary, Central Committee Member, Senior Party Leader Awadhesh Kumar, CPIM State Secretary Board Member, AIDWA National Vice President, Women Leader Rampari, State Secretary Mandal member Shyam Bharti and others reached Madhubani and paid tribute.
Awadhesh Kumar, former state secretary of CPI(M) Bihar, tweeted that his death has caused irreparable loss to the farmers' movement, the party and the Left movement. He was a popular leader of the farmers and labourers. The entire Madhubani including Rahika is saddened by his demise. The oppressed victims have lost a mass leader.
Lalan Choudhary also expressed grief and said that his death has caused a lot of loss.State Secretariate member Rampari said that I have lost a Guardian of my political life. We are all deeply saddened.
Leaders of various political parties came and paid tribute to Com. Bhogendra Yadav at the party office located at Rahika under Madhubani district.
