"Scam" involving Delhi's excise department results in Manish Sisodia being detained by the CBI for five days.
In connection with the excise policy investigation, a court in Delhi on Monday ordered the Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia to be held in prison by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for the next five days.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) requested that the accused be detained for a period of five days after alleging that a plot was devised in a very organised and covert manner. On February 26th, Sisodia was taken into custody by the CBI.
