The recovery of the body of soldier driver Thakor Rasangji Savaji (25), who went missing after his truck skidded off the road and fell into the Teesta River in West Bengal, was the result of a joint effort by various agencies. The Indian Army, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Teesta River Valley Development Authority (TRRC), and West Bengal Police divers collaborated to locate and retrieve the body.
The search and rescue operation was launched after the truck, driven by Thakor Rasangji Savaji, veered off the road and fell into the Teesta River. The incident occurred in a remote area of West Bengal, and the difficult terrain and challenging weather conditions posed significant challenges for the rescue teams.
