Meeting of the First Secretaries of the Committees of the Branches of the Communist Party of Russia in the North-West Federal District Continues in Veliky Novgorod
Veliky Novgorod, October 24, 2023. The meeting of the first secretaries of the committees of the branches of the Communist Party of Russia in the North-West Federal District (NWFD) continues in Veliky Novgorod.
On the first day of the meeting, the head of the Novgorod Communists and a representative of the federal leadership of the party, Dmitry Perevyazkin, spoke. He spoke in detail about the experience of the Novgorod branch of the party, with a particular focus on the forms of protest movement against capitalism and for the social rights of citizens practiced by local communists.
"At present, this kind of work is limited by a number of circumstances and norms of the current legislation, but it is still carried out within the framework of the Constitution of the Russian Federation," the speaker noted.
Then other leaders of the party spoke - Chairman of the Central Committee Sergei Malinkovich, Yaroslav Sidorov, Ilya Kleymenov, Head of the Apparatus of the Central Committee of the Party Yuri Pimkin, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and Editor of the Party Newspaper Alexander Rakhmanin.
The meeting participants were greeted by the Executive Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPRF Ruslan Khugaev, who is currently carrying out an important task of the Politburo of the Central Committee in the Southern Federal District.
During the meeting, topical problems of the activities of communist organizations of the North-West of Russia are being discussed, including issues of preparation for the upcoming elections to local self-government bodies.
