In a stroke of cosmic luck, Josua Hutagalung, a coffin maker from Indonesia, became an unexpected millionaire when a 4.5 billion-year-old meteor crashed through his roof. The meteor, weighing 2.1kg and valued at £1.4 million (approx. 14 crores), was an extremely rare CM1/2 carbonaceous Chondrite.
Hutagalung was working outside his home in Kolang, North Sumatra, when he heard a loud bang. Upon investigating, he found a hole in his roof and a strange black rock lying on the floor. Realizing that it might be something valuable, he took the rock to a local鑑定家(鑑定家), who confirmed that it was indeed a meteorite.
News of Hutagalung's windfall quickly spread, and he was soon contacted by meteorite collectors from around the world. He eventually sold the meteorite to a specialist collector in the United States for a staggering sum.
With his newfound wealth, Hutagalung plans to build a church in his community. He also hopes that his good fortune is a sign that he will soon have a daughter, something he has always wanted.
