According to local sources, there has been a lot of excitement in this boat sinking incident. On this day, the boat suddenly sank while crossing from Kashtali Ghat to Kultali Ghat. And that's where death happens. The deceased have been identified as Tanay Maji and Tanmay Sheel Sharma. Two youths named Sourav Bhattacharya and Saikat Chattopadhyay are still missing. The house of each of them is in Krishnanagar in Nadia.
