List of most polluted Indian cities today released
The Central Pollution Control Board has released a list of most polluted Indian cities today. Bihar's Bettiah and Purnia are the most polluted cities with AQI of 423 & 418, respectively. They are followed by Begusarai (400), Siwan (394), Katihar (382), Darbhanga (378), Buxar (350), Muzaffarpur (347), Samastipur (344), Chhapra (341), Saharsa (334), Patna (311), Dharuhera (305) and Bhagalpur (304).
