A statue of Joseph Stalin was unveiled in the children's park in the city of Orlov, Kirov Oblast, Russia, on October 24, 2023.
The funds for the statue were raised by local residents at the initiative of the regional branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF). The statue was installed in the same place where it stood until 1956. The installation site was agreed upon and approved by a decision of the Orlov Duma.
The Communists marked this important event for the entire Kirov Oblast with a solemn rally.
