At the end of the 17th Assam State Conference, the newly elected President Harshajit Das called on the students and conscious citizens and student community of the state to unite and launch a strong democratic movement to protect the public education system.
The conference elected Sangita Das, the first girl State secretary, and thoroughly challenges the norms. The newly elected president and secretary will be leading a state committee of 33 members and secretariat committee of 9 members.
